Correction Corner

On the lighter side of deadly international terrorism, I was amused by this correction to a Turkish news report that ISIS has been plotting an attack on the world's largest mosaic museum.  ISIS was going to attack the museum, it's just not the largest mosaic museum in the world.  But [insert comical record scratch noise] ISIS has already attacked the largest mosaic museum in the world (it's in Tunisia).  Who knows, maybe this is already an established argument between Tunisia and Turkey over which has the world's largest mosaic museum.  Really, they're all winners (other than the part where they're under threat from ISIS), because mosaics are great.  Would you be able to choose  this one of your beautiful children over this other beautiful child?

Man, mosaics rule.  So if you're a dedicated mosaicist and/or mosaic fan who was't quite sure what to think about this whole ISIS thing, hopefully this has settled that at least.

Also here is a good Twitter feed for news about Turkey.
